Orders over £50 will receive free delivery within most of the UK mainland. 

Delivery charges will apply to orders to the Scottish Highlands, any islands (including Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, and Channel Islands), and Northern Ireland.

 

Standard Delivery

When all item(s) in your order are in stock, 99% of orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours. Expected delivery is within 2 to 5 days for most of the UK mainland, depending on whether your order is dispatched via courier or Royal Mail. Deliveries to more remote areas may take longer.

When Your Order Arrives

We take utmost care to ensure your order and its packaging leave our warehouse in good condition. If, upon delivery, you see that the outer packaging is damaged and suspect the products inside may also be compromised, please refuse the delivery. Return the package to the courier for it to be sent back to us. If you choose to accept a delivery with damaged packaging, inform the courier in writing about the damage when signing for the delivery. Capture a photo of the damage before opening your parcel and Contact Us immediately.

Delivery Terms

Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date provided in the dispatch confirmation we sent to you, unless delays occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Subject to your statutory cancellation rights, we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products caused by such circumstances—including any failure in our guaranteed next-day delivery service—except that we will refund any difference between the cost of standard delivery and any guaranteed next-day delivery charge. If there is a delay, we will notify you with a revised estimated delivery date.

We aim to deliver all items in a single shipment unless you request otherwise. We reserve the right to deliver your order in separate instalments if necessary, for example, due to delays on specific items. If you request delivery in instalments, we may apply additional delivery charges at our discretion.

Delivery must be made to a valid UK residential or business address. We do not deliver to third-party international freight forwarders, parcel forwarding companies, hotels, or temporary/proxy addresses. Orders sent to such addresses may be cancelled or delayed, and any associated risk is your responsibility.

Delivery is considered complete when the products are delivered to the address you provided at checkout. If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a notice with instructions to rearrange delivery. You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

If you request that the courier (e.g., DPD) leave your delivery in a safe place at your property, you accept responsibility for the products from the moment they are placed there. We will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage once the products have been delivered to the safe location you requested.

We take reasonable care to ensure that products and packaging leave our premises in good condition. If packaging is visibly damaged on arrival and you suspect the product may also be damaged, you should refuse delivery and ask the courier to return the item to us. If you accept delivery despite visible damage, you should record the damage in writing with the courier and photograph the packaging before opening.

Please notify us immediately—and no later than 7 days after delivery—by calling 01730 895761 or emailing help@cheekyrascals.co.uk if any product is damaged upon opening. Please also refer to our warranty terms and the Faulty Products section above.

All risk in the products (including risk of loss or damage) passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products transfers to you once full payment has been received, including any applicable delivery charges.
